R. Donnelly and Associates was founded in 1990 as a sole proprietorship which later incorporated in 1996. Mr. Donnelly saw a need for practical solutions and high quality consulting services in the pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology fields. He knew his experience and training could meet these needs at a competitive rate. The RDA staff is comprised of experienced problem solvers that provide project management, regulatory affairs, validation services, quality systems, maintenance systems, FDA registration and U.S. Agent representation.
